Okay I'm ready for phase 3 now lol. Where is the list of what we can eat for p3?

I believe in the downloads section. You have 7 days and then on to Phase 3 🙂

Can I get some amounts on how much whipping cream and how many drops of flavor to add to the block of cream cheese? I do much better if I have a recipe to follow.

Do it to taste. I did about 1/2 block cream cheese, 1/2 C whip cream and maybe 5 -8 drops. Let it sit for a bit and then if you want more taste add more of the drops.

did you use real whip cream? the liquid in the dairy?not the stuff in the can nor the stuff in the freezer..

Yes, the real stuff. Whip it up with a mixer until nice a fluffy – I use a large cottage cheese container so my work area stays nice and clean.

There is some Sugar Free Whip Cream in the freezer section that I used once I maintained for 3 weeks but I strongly suggest the REAL Whip Cream in P3.

Hi JoJo I would recommend putting your serving size in the http://FitDay.com Calorie counter, as everyones portions are different this will give you an accurate reading for the amount your chose. Thanks

Wanting to make this for the 1st time… Do you mix the cream cheese and the HWC together then freeze it or do you make the cream cheese/stevia then a batch of HWC and add it to the top of the cream cheese. Not sure.. I guess you can do it both ways. It is just not clear and I really really want to make this.

I just mixed it all together and ate it 🙂

How many servings are in the 1/2 block of cream cheese and 1/2 C of cream? I saw on your video that you put it in the little cups…but can’t see where it gives serving size or #….can’t wait to try this!

How big are the portions, and how many servings daily of the whip/cream cheese

    • admin on November 27, 2014 at 8:44 pm

Steve this will vary depending on your maintenance calories and your dairy tolerance. Start with small 1/2 cup portions and increase the portion sizes on how your body responds to your introduction of cream cheese. Most do well with it in p3 after the first week. You can get your maintenance calories at http://calorieking.com
