Apple Pie

Phase 2 recipe

Here is a great recipe for a treat or to break up an apple day!

1 Apple
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1-2 tsp. Apple Pie Spice (mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice)
Stevia to taste

Core and peel apple. Slice then and place in a baking dish. Mix with lemon juice and stevia and sprinkle on desired spices. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, sprinkle with English Toffee Stevia drops.

    You can also crumble a Grissini breadstick on the bottom of the dish to make a mini apple pie!
