Milkshake Smoothie Phase 3
Afternoon Delight
Try this smoothie/milkshake on phase 3 of the hCG diet.
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 scoop Vanilla whey protein
1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 tsp. carob powder or cocoa
1 Tbsp flax seed meal
6 strawberries
1/2 – 1 package vanilla stevia (or a few drops of regular stevia)
Blend and enjoy.
