This is one of my favorite recipes because it is so fast and easy, and more importantly it fills me up! It's also good to take when you have to eat at a work meeting or something and want to stay on protocol. Celery is not my favorite so sometimes I leave it out and eat a vegetable separate from the salad or throw the salad on bed of spinach/lettuce.
