Indian Spiced Burgers

Phase 2, with phase 3 modifications

1 lbs   Lean ground beef

2-4 tb  Minced White Onion
1-3 tb  Minced Garlic
1/4  Cup of water
1-2 tb  Sweet Curry Powder
1 tsp  Cilantro
1 tsp MCT Oil
 
P3 Options:
1/4 Cup of crunchy peaut butter
2 tsp cyrstallized ginger chopped
1 slice of white cheese
 
Cover the minced onion and minced garlic with water for 5 minutes.  Start with smaller amounts the first time.  Drain off any excess liquid and combine the onions and garlic with the ground beef, curry, cilantro and MCT oil.  Mix well and form into 4 patties.  Grill or broil to your degree of doneness. 
 
If in P3 and adding(optional) peanut butter, turn the burger once and add 1 tsp of peanut butter to each patty and continue to grill to soften the peanut butter.  Chop the crystallized ginger into small bits and sprinkle on top of the peanut butter for topping.  You can subsitute your cheese of choice as an alternative.
 
Serve with lettuce as  a wrap or sliced tomatoes.
